- प्रथम जिल्हा, तालुका, गाव आणि माहिती भरणाऱ्या व्यक्तीचे तपशील निवडा / भरा.
- प्रत्येक विभाग (Village Information किंवा Evaluation) उघडून फील्ड भरा आणि Save वर क्लिक करा — डेटा या सर्वेक्षणाच्या एकाच नोंदीत जतन होईल.
- सर्व आवश्यक विभाग भरल्यानंतर खालील Final Submit / अंतिम सबमिट बटण दाबा.
- अंतिम सबमिट केल्यानंतर फॉर्म रिकामा होईल; नवीन नोंदीसाठी पुन्हा प्रारंभ करा.
- रिक्त फील्ड जतन केले जात नाहीत — फक्त भरलेल्या उत्तरांची नोंद.

- First select or enter District, Taluka, Village, and the details of the person filling the form.
- Open each section under Village Information or Evaluation, complete the fields, and click Save — data is held in one survey record until final submission.
- After all required sections are saved, click Final Submit below.
- Upon final submit, the form will be cleared for a new entry.
- Only fields with values are stored; empty fields are not saved.

Select district and taluka, then search and pick a village by Marathi or English name.
Continue existing survey / विद्यमान सर्वेक्षण सुरू ठेवा
Select village above, then enter the email or mobile used when the survey was started. This loads all saved sections into the tables below.

After saving all required sections, submit the complete survey to the server. The form will reset for the next entry.
